The sign is made of cardboard which makes it even more incredible that it survived.
The rubber belts hand from a small metal hook. It hangs from two metal fixtures.
The fact that the all original belts are still present, albeit perished, makes this one of the rarest items we have ever found.
We have never seen another complete.
 
Romac was a brand name for vintage fan belts and other related automotive accessories, particularly popular in the mid-20th century (c1950s-60s). The belts were used in vehicles to power components like the radiator fan, water pump, and alternator.
