DELIVERY / SHIPPING / COLLECTION
Upon clearing of funds, goods are sent via the arranged courier. International carriage may incur import taxation. These and any other charges related to the transaction are the responsibility of the customer.
We suggest adequate insurance is purchased for loss or damage during transit, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
We are happy for customers to arrange their own third party/courier collection.
Once payment has been received, we require the goods to be collected within 14 working days, unless otherwise arranged and agreed by us.
A daily storage charge of £20 per day will be chargeable for any un-arranged storage beyond the 14 day policy.
RETURNS
We accept returns 30 days from the sale date (unless otherwise stated and would typically apply to vehicles and larger items where inspection is required prior to the sale).
Cost of carriage to be paid by the customer. Items returned must be in the original condition and packaging. If in the event the packaging has been damaged, it should be repaired, or replaced to prevent further damage in transit. Any costs occured will be the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase must be provided. Any variation to this and we have the right to refuse a refund.
